02 · QC & PAYMENT

Quality control before balance payment

  • Pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection with photos and video for buyer review.
  • Typical project arrangement: 50% deposit to lock production, then balance after QC evidence is approved.
  • No default requirement for 100% prepayment; final payment terms appear in the written PI.

  • Coordinate English / Turkish proforma documentation and documented corporate-account payment options.
  • Prepare FNSKU labels and Turkish safety-warning labels for Amazon Türkiye projects where agreed.

Common questions for Türkiye projects.

Can you issue a proforma invoice that fits Turkish foreign-currency payments?

Yes. We can prepare English / Turkish proforma documentation with the stated CIF or DDP amount, HS code, gross and net weight and company bank details. Payment is arranged through authorized corporate accounts, never personal accounts.

Can DDP deliver to a private address in Ankara?

Yes, where the written quotation includes the exact address, customs approach and final-mile service. The route may clear through Mersin or Ambarlı and continue by truck. Any exceptional remote-area or customs costs are confirmed before booking.

Can an individual seller place a trial order without a registered company?

Small stock trial orders of 50–200 units can sometimes be planned for courier DDP delivery. Eligibility depends on product, value, declared importer and route. Larger orders require the documented import and tax arrangement stated in the quotation.
