Plan 1 — Order Management (3–4%): You already have supplier links. We coordinate orders, follow production and perform basic inspection. Minimum service fee: USD 50 per order.
Plan 2 — Full Sourcing (4–8% tiered): You have product photos or model names. We identify manufacturers, compare offers, verify key specifications and coordinate the project end-to-end. Minimum service fee: USD 100 per formal order.
Yes. A project may start with full sourcing support and later move to a more focused coordination scope once the supplier and product are established.
The quote reflects the work needed, such as supplier research, sample coordination, inspections, order complexity and logistics requirements. We confirm the scope before starting.
