COMMON QUESTIONS
Amazon FBA sourcing, explained simply.
Can you source low-MOQ products for an FBA trial?
Yes. Feasibility depends on the product, level of customization, material and supplier availability. We confirm realistic MOQ and sample options after reviewing your brief.
Can you apply FNSKU labels and prepare cartons?
We can coordinate agreed preparation tasks with the supplier or consolidation partner. Please provide the current label files and prep instructions before work starts.
Do you guarantee Amazon listing or compliance approval?
No. The seller remains responsible for product legality, Amazon account status and category-specific requirements. We can help coordinate documents and checks requested in the project brief.
Can you ship directly to US FBA warehouses?
We can coordinate delivery options with approved logistics partners. The final route, duty treatment, insurance, transit time and receiving appointment terms must be confirmed per shipment.

Amazon FBA preparation capability
FNSKU labels are coordinated within the agreed project scope. Carton-content labels, warning stickers, polybags, LTL palletisation and shrink-wrap are quoted item by item—typically USD 0.25–1.20 per unit for simple prep tasks. Shipments can be coordinated to designated FBA warehouses or a 3PL, subject to booking availability and receiving requirements.
US customs and de-minimis eligibility may change. For higher-value imports, an appropriate US importer-of-record should be confirmed with a licensed customs broker. Any duty or Section 321 treatment is confirmed per written shipment quote.

FBA FAQ
Operational answers before you ship.
Can you handle FBA prep rules such as labels, polybags and suffocation warnings?
Yes, for the tasks stated in the project brief. We coordinate FNSKU labels, agreed bagging, warning labels, carton marks and LTL palletisation where applicable. You must provide the current Seller Central instructions and label files before preparation begins.
Can I place a first FBA order without a US LLC or EIN?
Import arrangements depend on shipment value, route, product and current US customs rules. Small trial shipments may have different eligibility than commercial imports. Confirm the importer-of-record and customs approach with a licensed broker before booking.
What happens during pre-shipment quality inspection?
Inspection follows the quality standard agreed in the PI, such as AQL 2.5 / 4.0 for appearance, function, packaging and quantity. We provide agreed photo or video evidence before the balance is released. If a batch fails, the supplier’s rework or replacement responsibility follows the PI and the agreed quality process.
